The Ethics Committee and Ombudsman

Among other responsibilities, the Ethics Committee responds to community members’ questions and concerns about our values and Code of Ethics and Conduct and also processes reports regarding reasonable indications, suspicions or threats of non-fulfilment of applicable laws or of Esade’s own internal norms, including the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct and other policies and procedures.

The Ombudsman addresses all possible conflicts which might arise between Esade community members regarding the institution’s day-to-day functioning.
