Entrepreneurship through the EdTech Perspective

Under the “Entrepreneurship through the EdTech Perspective” slogan, Esade is in charge of 4YFN’s EdTech program of activities and debates, underscoring its commitment to the business community and coinciding with the 30th anniversary of the Esade Entrepreneurship Institute.

Esade will explore issues such as how AI and the metaverse will transform education, the new EdTech trends we’ll see in 2023 and the role women play in the AI field.

We look forward to seeing you from February 24th to March 2nd, 2023, in Hall 8.1 in the Fira de Barcelona exhibition center located on Gran Vía, and hope you take part in all our scheduled activities.

30 years building the entrepreneurial future

For the seventh consecutive year, Esade is also the lead sponsor of 4YFN, the event dedicated specifically to startups within the Mobile World Congress, the world’s most important mobile phone and technology trade fair. In addition, we are also the key partner for the EdTech program for the second year in a row, reinforcing our position as a driver of the new learning formats that technological innovation has brought about.

Talent and AI’s impact

Thanks to the combination of human and artificial intelligence, AI’s commercial value is expected to reach 3.9 trillion dollars (Gartner).

In this context, companies need professionals who can make the most of Big Data by applying Artificial Intelligence (AI).

For this, Esade has incorporated innovative and dedicated programs into its portfolio, including the Double Degree in Business Administration and AI for Business and the Master in Business Analytics and the Executive MBA taught in person in Madrid and Barcelona and designed to develop the hard and soft skills executives need to lead complex projects based on innovation and digital transformation.

The metaverse at Esade: New tools and methodologies

At the end of 2022, Esade launched its own campus in the metaverse, connecting our participants with pioneering programs dedicated to improving their use of new technologies. This immersive experience helps accelerate their learning curve 4 times faster than in-class modules, as well as enabling them to create leading-edge realities and project future scenarios in which they can test new business models with a positive impact on society and companies.

30 years boosting entrepreneurship

This year, Esade’s Esade Entrepreneurship Institute (EEI) celebrates its 30th anniversary dedicated to furthering academic excellence in the entrepreneurship field and related areas through research, teaching, startup creation and knowledge transferal efforts.

EEI’s mission is to support Esade’s learning, innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem located on our Rambla of Innovation.
