People
Placing people at the center of our vision
People are our institution’s most important asset. Thanks to our community’s commitment to Esade’s values, we contribute – through their activity in the fields of education, social debate and research – to our goal of having a positive impact on society.
Our community values diversity in the broadest sense. People of more than 126 nationalities live together on our campuses in a climate of utmost respect and harmony. We support cultural integration, spiritual richness and gender diversity.
In this way, Esade helps to foster a sense of community and align our strategic areas with our founding mission. We place emphasis on always basing our work on the three main dimensions of our identity: sensitivity, human quality and social commitment.
Community Building
Esade’s Community Building initiative is comprehensive and targeted at all members of our community. Its primary objective is to create a sense of belonging and emphasize two of the key traits of our identity: sensitivity and social commitment.
Student community
The Esade student community is lively, active and plural. Students in our programs can participate in various activities through student associations.
Corporate Government
The governing bodies are responsible for ensuring that Esade remains faithful to its mission and define its strategic vision.
Faculty
Our faculty are known for their academic excellence, for maintaining direct contact with the business and legal worlds, and for being renowned experts in their respective fields.
The Ethics Committee and Ombudsman
Through the ethics channel, you can raise doubts and report possible breaches, alerting us to any acts contrary to our values and conduct set out in the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct.
Esade Magistri
Esade Magistri keeps the work of our faculty alive following their retirement and its members contribute in many ways to the prestige and objectives of Esade.
Spirituality Team
The Spirituality Team (ST) promotes personal and human growth by supporting the spiritual lives of Esade community members and tapping into the diversity and plurality of creeds and beliefs within our community (students of all faiths, backgrounds, and beliefs).
