Scholarship Program and Financial Aid
Committed to talent to change the world
The Esade community is entirely committed to supporting talent and diversity. We believe that having that talent and diversity in our classrooms is fundamental to be able to enrich our students’ educational experience, providing them with ever greater learning opportunities and favoring progress and social justice at the same time.
To help support and develop the best talent, we strive to attract the most outstanding students, regardless of their financial situations, origins, cultural backgrounds and religious beliefs. In this way, we can train future leaders who are innovative, socially responsible and academically excellent.
For all these reasons and to ensure the most talented students have the opportunity to study at Esade, we have created an ambitious Scholarship Program and also offer different grants and financial aid options.
1. Scholarship Program
Our Scholarship Program offers talented students with excellent academic track records from diverse socio-economic backgrounds the opportunity to study at Esade. Our scholarships cover between 60% to 100% of their tuition fees, and we also offer grants to help them with their room and board.
All our scholarships are possible thanks to the generosity of our community, helping to ensure that academically excellent students can study at Esade. As a result, the donations that individuals, organizations and foundations make to our Scholarship Program give talented students with limited financial resources the possibility to make their dreams come true.

Degree Talent Scholarships
Our Talent Scholarships are available for students with outstanding academic track records but whose financial situations may represent an obstacle for them. Talent Scholarships cover between 60% and 100% of recipients’ tuition fees for their entire undergraduate or double-degree programs, all based on the individual candidates’ academic results and their financial need.
There are three types of Talent Scholarships based on the donors:
Dedicated Talent Scholarships
These scholarships are named after the companies that create them. Firms can specify the applicable program (BBA, Bachelor in Law, BITLASI or double-degree programs) or the type of student profile they want to receive the scholarship.
Future Talent Scholarships
These are created by people and even entire families who want to help us develop future, socially responsible leaders. These scholarships are created after donating a given amount and can be in the person’s or family’s name.
Class Talent Scholarships
These scholarships are an example of collective solidarity. Students or alumni from a single graduating class create these and fund the full amount needed for recipients to complete their entire undergraduate or double-degree programs. These scholarships are named after the graduating class in question.
Talent Scholarship Complements
To complement our Talent Scholarships, students have several options to be able to study at Esade without their financial situations representing an obstacle or if they live far from our campuses and need help to be able to study with us:
- Esade Lodging Grants: These grants are available for students who live outside Barcelona province and have distinguished academic records though limited financial resources.
- Esade Living Grants: These aim to help students with solid academic backgrounds and limited resources cover their transportation costs and general expenses.
- Esade Exchange Scholarships: These are an extension of the Esade Talent Scholarships for students who have been given a spot in an exchange program and have great academic track records but lack the financial resources needed to complete the program.
- Esade SUD Scholarships: These are also an extension of the Esade Talent Scholarships for students who have applied to carry out a professional, solidarity-based internship through Esade’s University Development Service (SUD) in developing countries and have outstanding academic transcripts but lack the necessary financial resources.
MSc Talent Scholarships
These scholarships are for students to complete official MBA and MSc programs. Candidates with demonstrated talent and financial need are encouraged to apply. Our Talent Attraction Committee will study their applications to confirm that candidates meet the established requirements.
The amount of these scholarships covers between 50% and 85% of their tuition fees. Calls for these scholarship applications are generic and targeted at all those who meet the legally established criteria.
2. Financial Aid
In addition to our extensive Scholarship Program, we also offer other financing options as well as internal grants and loans. Students can also turn to scholarships and financing options provided by a wide variety of public and private institutions.
Esade Family Grants
Esade provides these grants to students with one or more siblings also completing an Esade undergraduate degree program or a Master in Legal Practice (MUA) + a Specialization Master. These grants cover 10% of siblings’ tuition fees.
