Esade's prestige is defined by the talent of our professors, researchers, students, alumni, and professionals. The daily work of our professors and researchers gives us an incalculable heritage of teaching, research, social presence, and business influence. Our enormous gratitude for their excellence and commitment leads us to want to continue this bond when their formative and professional stage at Esade ends.
Esade Magistri brings together our professionals once they have reached retirement age with the aim of maintaining their link with our community. Thanks to Esade Magistri, our professors and professionals remain active in their relations with each other and our institution. Esade Magistri also enables us to pay tribute to their excellent academic career, human qualities, professionalism, and scientific work.
Our work
Esade Magistri members are actively contributing in many ways to further enhance Esade’s prestige and are:
- Developing a framework for all Esade's retired lecturers as a way of recognizing their professional work so that they can develop their personal skills and implement projects.
- Advising and collaborating with various bodies within our community.
- Contributing from the experience acquired as members of a prestigious academic center in contact with society.
- Participating in multiple public and representative events at Esade.
- Organizing cultural and scientific activities of interest to our community and the public.
- Collaborating with associations and groups such as Esade Alumni.
- Offering their expertise to younger teachers and researchers to help them in their personal and professional development.

Who are we?
Esade Magistri reflects our community: it is a diverse, committed, and talented group. To reflect this diversity, its members are grouped into categories:
Academy members
Esade faculty and academic professionals who take the step towards retirement and decide to join.
Legacy members
Faculty and researchers who once worked at Esade but retired while working at other institutions.
Community members
Administrative and service employees who retired from Esade and wish to collaborate with Esade Magistri.
Honorary members
Individuals who, due to their extraordinary academic contribution to Esade, are worthy of membership before retirement. Their membership is proposed by the board of directors and approved at the general assembly.
