Careers
Esade Careers continues offering counseling sessions for successful job placement.
- 91% of MBA 2023 students found employment within three months of graduation.
- All our undergraduate students finish their studies with internship experience, and 97% of active jobseekers found employment within three months of finishing their program.
- 46% of MSc students found work outside their home country, favoring the international mobility sought by many students on these programs.
Committed to the entrepreneurial ecosystem
Entrepreneurship is a key part of the DNA of our community - and together we support the creation of new businesses.
We pioneered teaching about startups with a course entitled "Developing Entrepreneurship" in the 1963 undergraduate program. In 1984 we introduced "Business Startups". Eight years later, we launched the "Esade Business Startup Program" which is the true predecessor of our Esade Entrepreneurship Institute (EEI), which has just celebrated its 30th anniversary.

Quality and academic rigor are fundamental pillars at Esade
The “triple crown” is a recognition of our quality
Esade has once again obtained recognition from the three most important international academic quality organizations. This recognition is known in the sector as the ‘Triple Crown’ and only 1% of the world's business schools wear this crown.
To maintain our academic rigor at the highest level, during the 2022-2023 academic year we updated our internal quality assurance system by incorporating new processes to guarantee the excellence of our programs.
Assurance of Learning (AoL)
We are deploying our learning assurance system in all our official degree programs. It has already been implemented in our Business School programs (BBA, Full Time MBA, MSc in Finance, and MSc in Marketing). The system will be fully deployed in both centers – Business School and Law School – by the end of 2024.
