Talent Accelerator is a journey of self-discovery, learning, and exploring how far you can go. It is a path to understanding who you are, turning what you learn into action, and finding your place in the world. Over three years, you will take part in an experience that will give you the confidence to shape the future you imagine.
You will improve your English alongside university students who will support you throughout the process, develop leadership skills, and participate in real challenges that will help you grow. You will share this experience with other young people who are talented, curious, and eager to excel, in an environment designed to inspire you to reach further.
More than preparing you for university, we accompany you as you discover your voice, your purpose, and the positive impact you can make in the world.

Who is it for?
Students in the fourth year of secondary school studies (ESO) during 2025–2026, with an average grade of eight in the previous school year and in the first term of the current year, and who come from families with limited financial resources.

An alliance to open new paths
Talent Accelerator is led by Esade and IQS. It offers you diverse ways to learn and grow – so your talent finds its best path. From management and engineering to innovation and experimental sciences, you will find a world of possibilities where your talent can evolve.
The program
Talent Accelerator combines intensive in-person sessions, mentorship – both online and face-to-face – and hands-on experiences to support you at every step over three years.
You will take part in three in-person bootcamps and two summer schools. These authentic experiences will inspire, challenge, and support your growth, with ongoing guidance from university students, faculty, and the entire Esade community.
Throughout the program, you will improve your English and, with the collaboration of LEDU, strengthen your personal skills and learn to work in teams to tackle real-world challenges. All of this takes place in an environment that brings together learning, collaboration, and purpose.
Who is it for?
This program is for students who are curious, eager to learn, and motivated to go further. If you are in your fourth year of secondary school (ESO), have strong academic performance, and want to use your talent to build a purposeful future, then this program is for you.
We are looking for students with a positive attitude, commitment, and the enthusiasm to discover everything they can become. If this sounds like you, Esade has a place for you.
