The objectives of the Bachelor in Law are:
- Acquire the ability to interpret and apply legal norms in keeping with the fundamental principles and concepts contained in the established legal system and any of its branches.
- Develop the ability to analyze problems from a legal perspective while also considering socio-economic and political factors.
- Be able to identify the different legal disciplines and principles involved when resolving legal problems, beyond their embodiment in a concrete legal norm.
- Have the ability to negotiate and manage conflicts, duly weighing the different positions and affected rights.
- Acquire the ability to present arguments both coherently and persuasively, bearing in mind the interests at stake and the professional roles they have assumed.
Program participants who successfully complete the program will earn the official Bachelor in Law degree.
