How should you pay your tuition fees?
1. Pay to pre-reserve your place: 25% of tuition fees
To reserve a place, you must pay 25% of the tuition fees for the first academic year in advance. This must be paid by the date indicated on your acceptance letter, irrespective of the financing system chosen. The fee paid to reserve a place will only be reimbursed if you fail the last year of high school or the university entrance exam.
2. Pay the pending amount: 75% of tuition fees
The rest of the tuition fees must be paid before June 30th (the exact date will be given in the payment instructions you will receive along with your acceptance letter). There are several different funding options you can choose from in order to pay this fee.
Important
Please note that, even if you have paid a 25% deposit to reserve a place by the stipulated deadline, it is ESSENTIAL that you complete the matriculation process by the date indicated by the Registrar's Office (at the start of July). If the remainder of the matriculation fee is not paid by the stipulated date, your place will be given to the next student on the waiting list and you will lose your rights to it, in addition to the deposit already paid.
Esade is a not-for-profit private institution that receives no public funding. Fundació Esade therefore pays 5% of all tuition fees into the Esade Scholarship Fund.
You can pay your enrollment and fees online through Flywire, our preferred payment partner. Flywire provides a secure global payment network that simplifies the payment of your fees.
