According to the Financial Times, Esade Executive Education is the world’s number 2 business school for Open programs, up one place since last year thanks, amongst other factors, to high participant satisfaction. The FT highlighted particularly preparation, innovative teaching methods, teaching materials and faculty expertise, categories in which Esade was also selected as the world’s best business school.

As Josep Franch, director of Esade Executive Education, explained, “Year after year, we have consolidated our position as a world leader in management training, thanks to the quality and excellence of our executive programs with their focus on transformation and social impact.” “We deliver purposeful training,” added Franch, “centered on values such as responsible leadership and good corporate governance, principles that are evident in our Leadership and Social Innovation and Sustainable Leadership programs, in addition to those specifically for female executives, such as Promociona and Progresa. Our programs also constantly pursue technological innovation and sustainability in business, always keeping today’s geopolitical landscape firmly in the strategic crosswires – which is also a key factor in our Program for Management Development - PMD and Advanced Management Program – AMP designed to equip executives with a global mindset enabling them to anticipate future trends in the international market,” added Franch.

When drawing up this ranking, the Financial Times takes into account participants’ opinions (80%) and different aspects of the programs (20%). With regard to Esade Executive Education, the FT also highlighted the percentage of female participants, an aspect in which their Open programs rank 5th in the world.

Leaders in business transformation

In the Custom program category, the British daily once again ranks Esade Executive Education 12th in the world thanks mainly, as in the Open program category, to great participant satisfaction with the educational experience, and particularly future expectations fulfilment (6th worldwide) and quality of international partner (12th worldwide).

“The position of Esade Executive Education Custom programs in the Financial Times ranking is a terrific acknowledgement of our work in supporting businesses through all their processes, especially tech and digital integration,” explained Josep Franch. “The programs at the new Esade campus in Madrid will help transform not only businesses in this region but also the national and international businesses with head offices in the capital.” “This new campus will also house major Esade research units, such as its Corporate Governance Center, which is already teaching the Board Member Program, amongst others,” concluded the director of Esade Executive Education.
