Companies operate in a financial ecosystem in which different actors such as investment funds, venture capital or private equity participate. You will learn the role of the different financial actors and delve into the company's financial strategy in the context of the company's overall strategy.

In the context of a globalized world, in which geopolitics, economics and technology shape an uncertain environment, in Global Strategy you will learn how to design and think about the implementation of a global strategy, including internationalization strategies or the challenges posed by mergers and acquisitions strategies. You will analyze the capacity for transformation, the opportunities and the risks that new technologies pose for companies and organizations.

Entrepreneurship is an engine of innovation, economic growth and social transformation. You will learn how an idea can be used to create a company, manage an entrepreneurial project and what instruments allow you to consolidate an entrepreneurial project into a company with a future and sustainable over time.

In this course, you will acquire tools that can help you to make better choices in your professional life. You will engage in nuanced conversations about the social and environmental responsibility of business. You will develop a better understanding of what business ethics is, why it matters, what frameworks we can appeal to when we are faced with difficult decisions, and what leads good people to behave unethically. You will also learn about the different dimensions of sustainability, how they are connected, and the tensions and synergies that can arise among them.

The management and development of people is essential in all companies. This management affects the processes of attracting, developing and retaining talent, as well as their labour relations. All these elements are part of the People Management course, which will allow you to have a realistic vision of the manager's management, which complements what you have already learned about teams, organizational structures and organizational culture.

Fourth year involves the transition from your training in Management to professional practice. For a semester you will put into practice everything you have learned working in a company, anywhere in the world and in any sector, with the help of your academic tutor and your professional tutor. A key learning for your future insertion in the professional world. There is the possibility of doing an internship within the SUD program, which will allow you to do your internship in a collaborative project with a clear vocation for social impact.

In your last academic year, you will have a unique experience, taking a semester of optional subjects at one of the universities with which Esade has an exchange. You will immerse yourself in another culture and in another environment that will enrich you both academically and personally. Esade has more than 90 exchange agreements in the United States, Canada, Latin America, Asia, Oceania and Europe.

You can choose to carry out a research project on a Management topic in which you are interested or to carry out a Business Plan. In both cases you will have the opportunity to put into practice your learning in the Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and present your results in front of a jury of experts who, in addition to evaluating you, will share their feedback with you.

The Final Degree Project includes a Capstone module, a closing module, which will allow you to reflect on your learning process in the degree but also a reflection on the future of the profession and the challenges faced by organizations for and companies, including their role as actors of social change for a fairer and more sustainable society.
