E-ESG model
The sustainable management of employees is crucial for the sustainability and ESG impact management of organizations. The main goal of the E-ESG project is to develop a new analysis model that provides organizations with tools for developing the internal 'E' of the ESG approach.
The research aims to develop a model for integrating employee-centered sustainability into the corporate governance framework. While ESG criteria are well established, the social component is less developed, and lacks a standardized approach to evaluation and action. The employee-centered model fills this gap by synthesizing insights from management science, organizational psychology, and sustainability studies to create a set of indicators, metrics, and practices that help companies improve their social sustainability.
Goals
- Develop a new model of analysis and measurement focused on Employee E.
- Align indicators with impact measurement standards and new EU directives.
- Analyze trends, challenges, and good organizational practices for employability, social sustainability, and talent management.
