Center for LeadershipS and Sustainability
The Esade Chair in LeadershipS and Sustainability is a center of thought and applied research whose vocation is to promote a permanent forum for dialogue on the challenges of sustainable leadership.
Created in 2006, the Chair acts with the mission of linking research and academic knowledge with its practical application on new leadership models that drive organizational and business transformation and the contribution of organizations to sustainable development.
The link between leadership, sustainability and values is the central pillar of the Chair's activity.

Observatory of the SDGs
The SDG Observatory is an alliance between actors committed to the 2030 Agenda for the analysis and generation of knowledge on the contribution of Spanish companies to sustainable development. The initiative, promoted by Esade and the "la Caixa" Banking Foundation since 2016, aims to analyze the progress and commitment of organizations to the 2030 Agenda and the SDGs.
SistemicO. Leadership Observatory
SistemicO was created to promote the business debate on the incorporation of systemic thinking in corporate leadership. The aim is to define a new leadership model that provides companies with a transformative vision and a new framework for sustainable action.
E-ESG model
In the process of advancing sustainability, the responsible management of employees becomes a central aspect. The main objective of the E-ESG project is to develop a new analysis model to provide organizations with tools for the development of the internal 'S' of the ESG approach.
