Strengthen legitimacy, reputation and trust in NGOs
This new publication from the Esade-PwC Social Leadership Program explores the fundamental value of trust for NGOs and its impact on their legitimacy and the social support they receive. In a global context of “trust deficit,” the report analyzes the trends and key factors influencing the perception of the third sector, highlighting the need for active strategies to build and manage this trust. It also offers actionable areas for organizations to strengthen their relevance and reputation in an increasingly polarized environment.
Esade-ISS Sustainability in the Workplace Barometer
The first edition of the Esade-ISS Sustainability in the Workplace Barometer, developed by the Esade Institute for Social Innovation in collaboration with ISS Spain, studies the transformation of workspaces, integrating ESG criteria into strategy, leadership, and corporate culture. Facing challenges such as the climate crisis and disruptions in value chains, the report proposes a decalogue of recommendations to progress towards more sustainable and resilient workplaces, emphasizing the vital role of companies in global challenges.
