Nueva edición de los programas de formación directiva para ONG-ONL
Esade y la Fundación “la Caixa” presentan una nueva edición de sus programas de formación directiva para ONG-ONL, para el curso 2026-2027:
- Programa de Dirección y Gestión de ONG-ONL (Madrid) - 28ª edición
- Programa de Liderazgo, Innovación e Impacto Social (Barcelona) - 21ª edición (Próximamente)
Ambos programas están orientados a fortalecer las capacidades directivas de las personas que lideran organizaciones sociales, combinando gestión, liderazgo e innovación para responder mejor a los desafíos actuales del tercer sector.
2nd edition: Esade-ISS Sustainability in the Workplace Barometer
The report, produced by the Esade Institute for Social Innovation in collaboration with ISS Spain, analyses how the workplace has become consolidated as a strategic space where sustainability becomes visible in culture, leadership and decision-making. This second edition includes a comparative 2024-2026 perspective and identifies progress, continuities and gaps between ESG ambition and its actual implementation. It also presents a ten-point set of recommendations to move towards more sustainable, human, resilient and innovative workplaces.
Chair for Socially Responsible Digital Innovation (SoReDI)
Technology shapes our daily lives, yet many digital environments foster isolation, polarization, and distress, particularly among younger generations. SoReDI was created to promote socially responsible digital innovation, a space where industry and society come together to research, imagine, and collaboratively build a new way of relating to technology, in service of people.
