Academic reference and agent of change
Esade aims to be an agent of change in matters of diversity through education, research and social debate.
From the start, Esade has promoted equality though numerous initiatives. Aware of the need to transfer this commitment beyond the classroom, we have created the Esade Women Initiative (EWI), with the aim of turning Esade into an academic pacesetter in gender equality.
