This year once again the Financial Times ranks Esade as the world’s 4th best business school for executive education thanks, amongst other aspects, to participants’ great satisfaction with the 360º educational experience throughout the program from prior preparation until after completion. Thanks to this invaluable evaluation, Esade Executive Education has climbed this year to 3rd in the world in the Open program category and 12th in the world in the category of custom business programs, also acclaimed for the international prestige of their customers.

In the words of Josep Franch, director of Esade Executive Education, “the consolidation of Esade as the world’s 4th best business school for executive education in the Financial Times ranking highlights the excellence and quality of our programs. They are designed to enable managers to acquire, update and develop the skills necessary in today’s complex and diverse scenario dominated by technology”. “One obvious example is the new programs, formats and subjects we have added in recent years to Esade Executive Education programs, such as the reformulation of our Program for Management Development (PMD) to include the latest digitization developments and address the new sustainability and impact challenges facing society, and also the introduction of the Advanced Management Program in English”, he added.

In addition, in response to the needs of both executives and companies, Esade has developed highly personalized, flexible and specialized programs based on the latest immersive technologies, as demonstrated by the increase in In/On hybrid executive programs combining the best of Esade’s face-to-face programs with the opportunities of the digital world, and the virtual campus that Esade created recently in metaverse.

Satisfaction and educational experience

The Financial Times Executive Education ranking is based on participants’ opinions and broken down into two sections: Open programs and Custom business programs. In the Open category, Esade Executive Education has climbed one position higher this year to 3rd best in the world thanks, once again, to the great satisfaction of participants giving an overall score of 9.81 out of 10.

“Our Open programs have been acknowledged as the third best in the world, particularly on account of the 360º approach of the educational experience,” explained Josep Franch, “from the preparation beforehand (3rd) to follow-up (3rd) and aims achieved (2nd) after completion of the programs, including the design of the study plan (5th), methodology and teaching materials (2nd), teaching staff (3rd) and the acquisition of knowledge and skills (3rd)”.

The British publication ranks Esade Executive Education 12th in the world in the ‘custom business programs’ category, thanks once again to satisfaction with the educational experience and the prestige of its international customers (6th) and the achievement of participants’ future expectations (9th), in which categories the British publication ranks Esade amongst the world’s top 10.

Josep Franch ended by saying that, “These results bolster our aim to become the benchmark partner in lifelong learning for individuals and organizations, acclaimed for innovative teaching, cutting-edge content, and an education based on values.”
