Dive into the professional world of law and international relations
During the fourth year of the Double Degree in Law + Global Governance, Economics & Legal Order, you’ll have your first contact with professional reality, carrying out a semester-long internship in an international organization or a Spanish consulate or embassy abroad. You’ll also have the opportunity to carry out a volunteer, solidarity-based internship working on a development project. You’ll be able to make the most of these and many other experiences to further your career in law and international relations.
Professional internships
Imagine working for the United Nations in New York or Nairobi. Or imagine working for NATO in Brussels. These are some of the internship options available during your fourth year.
If you like, you can focus your semester-long internship on organisations related to your specialisation in political science or economics: in Spanish consulates or embassies abroad, in multinational firms or institutions dedicated to research and analysis such as the European Court of Auditors, the World Bank, UNESCO or chambers of commerce.
