1. Career Acceleration Programs
CAPs are specialization programs intended to equip MBA students with the tools, knowledge and market outlook of a specific sector.
By taking part in a CAP, your company can organize case-study competitions, challenges and activities on campus and interact personally with your future candidates.
Current programs
Financial Services CAP
The Career Acceleration Program in Financial Services is intended for MBA students interested in landing a job or traineeship in the finance industry. Participants can choose a specialty according to their preferences:
- Investment banking
- Impact investment / Development banks
- Fintech and online banking
- Venture Capital
- Wealth management
This program helps students successfully kickstart their career in the finance industry by means of hands-on classes, skill workshops and networking sessions that enable them to anticipate the future and gain insights into what could be their everyday business life.
Consulting CAP
This program is designed to accelerate the employability of students seeking to work as consultants. Its combination of theory and practice sessions, academic presentations by experienced consultants, and practical case studies will hone students’ skills and prepare them to be competitive in the world of international consulting. These practical sessions could be given by experts from your company.
Tech, Media and Telecoms CAP
This program is designed to give students an overview of the latest tech trends in different sectors. Participants will meet executives from a variety of industries at talks and panel discussions.
This CAP includes practical sessions that give participants the chance to learn SQL and Python, two of the technical skills most sought after in the market.
In addition, during the recruitment season, participants in the Tech, Media & Telecoms CAP will receive additional support from Esade alumni who will help them design a robust strategy to enter the tech industry.
Meanwhile, candidates will take part in career development workshops to practice and improve the capabilities and skills necessary to ensure they pass tech industry selection processes with flying colors.
Healthcare CAP
Participants in this CAP will acquire a thorough knowledge of the healthcare sector by means of panel discussions with experts, and informative talks about the latest methods, trends and new functional areas currently expanding.
It’s also a space where candidates can meet and contact professionals and companies in the industry: an opportunity for candidates to enlarge their networks of contacts, ensure success in selection processes and advance their career in the healthcare industry; and a place where healthcare companies can find new talent for their teams.

3. Business Projects
Does your company have a business challenge? Would you like our students to help? Tell us all about it in one of our programs and they’ll work with you to come up with innovative solutions. They get the value added of working on a real-life case study, whilst you, as a company, not only get new insights into how to deal with the challenge but can also put the Esade talent to the test and spot high performers for your teams.
MBA master project
Share a real-life challenge with our first-year MBA students. They will work on it pro bono with the support of a Deloitte monitor, Esade MBA professors and a select group of partners. Projects in MBA programs are scheduled in spring and last two months, after which time we’ll invite you to the campus to assess the proposed solutions.
BBA final project
Final-year BBA students work as consultancy teams to develop future scenarios in specific sectors. They can help your company understand market trends better and prepare you for the uncertainties that lie ahead. The horizon of these scenarios is the year 2030 and they will be presented to the company and the Esade community at an event.
MSc final project
Students on our MSc in Management can develop a project in your company, applying what they have learnt during their professional internships.
