Innovative educational model
How you’ll learn
The Bachelor in Transformational Leadership and Social Impact (BITLASI) combines diverse state-of-the-art learning methodologies. Together, they deliver an educational experience that prepares you to use the power of business to drive change.
Each of its three tracks is based on a methodology that reinforces a way of learning: individually, in teams, or in groups. Together, they help develop cognitive, hands-on and socio-emotional skills.
Because each BITLASI track is different, each requires specific learning environments. That’s why the program uses flexible spaces that adapt completely to the methodology being used, whether it is a masterclass, a presentation, a teamwork project, a conference or a Socratic dialogue session.
