At Esade, the Bachelor in Business and Artificial Intelligence isn’t just about classes—it’s about real-world impact. In your final year, you’ll take on a semester-long professional internship that gives you hands-on experience and a serious boost to your CV.
Want to go even further? You can choose to do a voluntary solidarity internship in a developing country—a chance to make a difference while learning in a completely new environment. This is where your studies turn into action.
One semester, full-time. Equivalent to 20 undergraduate credits.
Tutor-guided
You’ll establish the goals you want to achieve and the skills or competencies you wish to strengthen during your internship.
Preparation
You’ll attend orientation seminars to help you choose the right sector and company, draw up your CV, prepare for interviews, etc.
Sectors
You’ll have access to Spanish and international companies in every sector (financial services, auditing, consulting, and consumer goods are the most popular among our students).
Job placement
For some of our students, internships are a gateway to employment. Sixty percent of students receive a job offer before completing the internship.
Solidarity internships (SUD)
Helping those who most need it
The program includes the option to put your business management knowledge into practice in real development projects. You can travel to countries such as Bolivia, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica afegim Tanzania, Ghana, Senegal, India, or Vietnam with the University Service for Development (SUD).
The program combines practical learning experiences and social commitment. It has the added benefit that your collaboration truly helps to improve lives in poor and at-risk communities.
What kind of projects are they?
The projects range from developing a business plan for the construction of social housing in Nicaragua to carrying out a marketing study for a microfinance cooperative in El Salvador. Whatever the project, the experience is 100% recommendable for your professional and (especially) personal growth.
