Managers of the Future Challenge
Help us imagine tomorrow’s markets
The language of the challenge will be Spanish.
What will the markets look like when you enter the working world? How will companies have changed, what will be the challenges, and what kind of managers will be needed to solve them? Join the Managers of the Future Challenge and share your ideas on what the world of business and marketing will look like in a few years' time. Issues such as technology, pandemics, capital markets, and the supply crisis are revolutionising several sectors and we want you to share your vision of the possible realities: what products will we buy, how will we pay, and how will we use them?
Sign up for a challenge full of counter-intuitive ideas and new management concepts, surprise us with your proposals and win the prize!

1. Initial challenges
During the challenge, you and your teammates must solve various challenges set for you on the first day. The challenges will propose new scenarios. You will learn fresh business concepts and see that things are not always what they seem, and sometimes the most counterintuitive ideas are the most successful.
2. Final challenge
Once you have completed the initial challenges, you will be given a final challenge. You must solve this challenge and present your conclusions and proposals in a video to be handed in on Saturday before 2 pm.
In all the challenges you will work as a team, and you will have the help of a mentor who will accompany you throughout the process.
