Our purpose is threefold
- To create insight into the mysteries of leadership. Effective leadership activates human and social capital. It builds lasting relationships, lifts us up and makes us feel good. It shows that individuals can do better by creating a state of well-being around them. We seek to create new knowledge and insight that deepens the understanding of responsible and inclusive leadership that serves to create healthier, happier and more sustainable organizational cultures.
