The Centre for Corporate Governance coordinates and promotes basic and applied research, preparing reports and studies with a practical perspective and empirical basis, drawing on its own research or research partnerships with other leading institutions and centres.
Its Research Advisory Board, led by Professor Ruth Aguilera, is vital to the pursuit of the Centre’s research agenda, which is organised into the following areas:
