Program Objectives
You will learn to think differently about how value is created in digital ecosystems.
On graduating, you will have the business capabilities, technological skills, and compliance knowledge to add value anywhere.
The program is based on three pillars, all connected by system thinking: ecosystems and networks, teamwork, advanced design, and company-based challenges.
Digital business design
A deep dive into digital strategy and business models; sales and growth hacking; omnichannel and digital channels; and investment management.
Technology management
Master essential tools and concepts such as digital product design and UX, go-to-market technology, Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, machine learning, and distributed data systems.
Digital compliance
Gain insights into essential issues including digital law, cybersecurity, ethics & society, and technology & philosophy plus sectors such as e-health, edu-tech and fintech.
To achieve this, the objectives are for students to:
- Be able to design digital business models and digital transformation strategies.
- Gain a global overview of customer-related processes (marketing, omni-channels, eCommerce, and growth hacking)
- Understand the impact of digitalization on production and logistics (Industry 4.0, IoT, and Blockchain)
- Understand mobility ecosystems and platforms in B2B and B2C environments.
- Understand the challenges that going digital poses to talent management and their own career advancement.
- Understand the legal risks of digitalization and minimise these risks in a digital project.
- Participate actively in digital product development, using sprint design methods, and in digitalization projects involving real-life business challenges.
Digital business design
The Digital Labs complement the lessons taught in other courses by offering a practical approach to digital technologies and agile ways of working.
In each Digital Lab, the students go from problem-framing to problem-solving, generating & prototyping ideas. The labs end with a pitching session where the students will have the opportunity to showcase their solutions and get feedback from mentors & peers.
