A World of Opportunities
From day one, you will be exposed to the world’s leading employers and international management opportunities. From careers fairs to workshops, training, on-campus company presentations, and recruitment events, a world of opportunities are woven into your MSc program.
MSc Programs in Management: Self-Assessment Session
The welcoming for our MSc students is very important from the Careers point of view. Esade Careers know that is the first moment they have the opportunity to meet the students. Watch the video to see what they organized in the Self-Assessment Session!
Recruitment fairs
Esade recruitment fairs give you the chance to expand your knowledge, build your contacts, network, and showcase your skills to recruiters who are actively looking for next-generation talent.
Dozens of leading companies attend our recruitment fairs, offering company presentations, skills seminars, and job interviews for open positions – both full-time employee positions and internships.
We hold four fairs each year, one for all MSc students and four industry-specific ones to ensure that students can connect with companies recruiting in their chosen fields:
- Financial Services Recruitment Fair
- Consultancy Recruitment Fair
- Business & Management Recruitment Fair
- Spring Recruitment Fair
Career path sessions
Career Path Sessions will help you build and sharpen the skills you need to secure success across the recruitment processes. They take place five times a year and are sector-specific: Financial Services, Consulting, FMCG, TMT & Industry, and Marketing & Sales. Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to participate in dynamic, interactive skills development workshops and put your talents to the test
Company presentations
Leading companies come to Esade to recruit talented students. Company presentations are a great way to find out more about the career opportunities offered by top employers. Presentations are sometimes combined with a networking event or cocktail reception afterwards.
On-campus interviews
Most companies carry out at least a part of their recruiting processes on campus. You will have a chance to pitch your candidacy for a job – in person, online or via conference call – with maximum privacy and support from Esade.
Internships
Internships provide students with valuable practical experience in their chosen fields. These opportunities allow students to apply theoretical knowledge, develop skills, gain insights, and expand their professional networks by working with companies aligned with their career goals.
Career workshops and trainings
Throw yourself into one of our numerous interactive company workshops and discover what career opportunities are available. Brush up on your interview skills or crack cases and attend sector-specific workshops to put your best foot forward in your chosen field.
