The consequences of the pandemic are numerous and profound. The resulting wounds and fractures lead us to ask ourselves how to (re)build a society where caring for others becomes central to our organizations. The Institute for Social Innovation of Esade and ISS organized a workshop in the Connecting Through the Workplace cycle to discuss how we can design and develop organizations in which we feel cared for and have the strength and desire to care for our colleagues.
