ONG Emprendedoras

The publication "Entrepreneurial NGOs", the result of the work completed during the 2019-2020 academic year within the framework of the Esade-PwC Social Leadership Programme, presents a diagnosis of the position of the sector. At the same time, it offers guidelines and practical tools aimed at helping organisations to develop their entrepreneurial mettle and to move forward with new financing instruments.

Against a background of profound change, social entities must acquire an entrepreneurial attitude that will enable them to adapt to the new social and environmental challenges. Through entrepreneurship and intra-entrepreneurship, NGOs can obtain a critical capacity for survival in this environment, and explore and take better advantage of new opportunities. An entrepreneurial attitude entails being at the forefront of social change and anticipating the demands that may arise in the future, identifying novel approaches that offer a response to the growing social challenges.
