¿Hacia dónde va el liderazgo social? Nuevas tendencias y competencias

The report "¿Hacia dónde va el liderazgo social? Nuevas tendencias y competencias" (Where is social leadership headed? New trends and competencies) is the outcome of the research carried out in the 2018-19 year by the Esade-PwC Social Leadership Programme. It focuses on NGO leadership and outlines the new trends and skills that future leaders in this sector will need in order to help their organisations make a bigger impact.

The report explains the sort of leadership NGOs need in order to adapt to today’s complex new circumstances and deal with the challenges in this sector. In short, it answers the key question: What elements are necessary for good leadership in the future? The report also provides tools and guidelines for developing them in NGOs, reveals the viewpoint of this sector (survey), and features several case studies and inspirational examples of good practices.
