Building a trustworthy digital business

Are you operating in the digital economy and struggling with customer trust? Are you considering to evolve your business model beyond data monetisation? To make this innovation opportunity a reality, organizations need to understand which are the drivers for success, barriers and facilitators; to shift from business as usual to responsible business, regarding trust and transparency in the digital economy. However, building a trusted and transparent environment is a continuous process.

The purpose of this report is to inspire professionals and practitioners, an invitation to forward-thinking. In doing so, we will use 10 real life examples of digital companies that are based on transparency which are robust, sustainable and replicable. All these case studies are included in the report “Building a trustworthy digital busines: recommendations for SMEs”, produced by the Digital Future Society (DFS) and Esade Institute for Social Innovation.
