"Policies and Practices for Diversity and Inclusion: a Special Study on Functional Diversity" analyses some of the most effective global diversity and inclusion practices and strategies – and identifies the drivers and barriers for the integration of people with disabilities in the workplace. The study was developed by the Esade Institute for Social Innovation with the support and collaboration of the Randstad Foundation.

This project aims to better understand the implementation of initiatives for a more inclusive and diverse work culture – and offers valuable insights on workplace diversity.
