"La humanización de los espacios de trabajo"

La humanización de los espacios de trabajo

The pandemic has forced organizations to reinvent themselves, to reimagine their workspaces and adapt them to a new reality. This new work paradigm prioritizes wellbeing and work-life balance, is faced with a global and mobile talent pool, and is defined by a proliferation of new forms of working, marked by the shift toward hybrid models. People no longer work according to the traditional workday but rather combine face-to-face and remote work over the course of a single day. It is thus essential to humanize workspaces, to make them a factor of cohesion, commitment, and care for the people who inhabit them.

This publication addresses these and other issues related to the humanization of the workplace, which was the topic of the ninth session of the “Connecting Through the Workplace” conference series organized by the Esade Institute for Social Innovation and ISS Spain.

We encourage you to take a look at the conclusions in the conference white paper.
