Barómetro Esade-ISS de Sostenibilidad en el Workplace

The first edition of the "Esade-ISS Sustainability in the Workplace Barometer", developed by the Esade Institute for Social Innovation in collaboration with ISS Spain, delves into how workspaces are being transformed from the perspective of integrating and mainstreaming ESG criteria into strategy, leadership, and corporate culture.

This study is set in a context of polycrisis and systemic challenges such as the climate crisis and disruptions in value chains, which are transforming and expanding the concept of the workplace. It explores how adaptations to these new realities are not only changing the physical and virtual spaces of companies but also their business models, the way they relate to their most relevant stakeholders, and how they manage aspects such as talent, collaboration, and innovation.

The report also presents a decalogue of recommendations derived from the study to promote the development of more sustainable, human, and resilient workplaces. These initiatives not only reflect the society in which they are integrated but also consolidate the role of companies as key players in overcoming major global challenges.
