Institute for Public Management

The purpose of the Institute for Public Management (IDP), an organizational center of EsadeGov, is to study leadership and public management, and support public sector managers. The IDP’s main activity is its Executive Master in Public Administration (EMPA). 

The exercise of public administration is no easy task, operating as it often does in highly complex situations which demand very specific and relevant competences (knowledge, skills, attitudes and other abilities, at levels at least on a part with those required for successful management in the private sector.
