Last Thursday, April 18th, we held the first workshop of the new Observatory of European Industrial Policy (Observatorio de Política Industrial Europea) at Esade Madrid campus.

Titled the "Scientific and Technological Strategic Autonomy in Spain," the event gathered industry experts and researchers to understand the Spanish industry in a European context. We discussed the main challenges and opportunities to consolidate a competitive strategic autonomy based on our technological, scientific and innovation capabilities.

The workshop was moderated by Juan Moscoso del Prado, senior fellow of EsadeGeo, and Raquel Jorge Ricart, researcher at Real Instituto Elcano.
