The seminar '¿La tecnología y la innovación, claves para la deflación y la productividad?', took place on April 16, 2024, at Esade Madrid campus. Co-organized by EsadeGeo and the Esade Center for Corporate Governance, this event is part of the seminar series ‘‘El regreso de la geopolítica a la agenda del Consejo de Administración’’ - The Return of Geopolitics to the Corporate Board. It gathers experts and business leaders to discuss how global changes are redefining corporate strategies.

The seminar was moderated by Emma Fernández (Advisor, Esade Center for Corporate Governance) and included Raquel Jorge Ricart (Researcher, Real Instituto ElCano), Carlos López Blanco (President, ESYS Foundation) and María Sicilia (Director of the Investments Office, Enagas).

During their interventions, different issues were discussed related to the main topic of the event, such as China's leadership in much of today's technological development, the opportunities for European companies in sectors such as artificial intelligence and high-performance computing, and the role that technology must play in fostering an increasingly innovative industrial ecosystem.
