Career Acceleration Programs
Esade Career Acceleration Programs (CAPs) give you the knowledge, market insights, and tools needed for successful careers in specific industries. These hands-on programs offer case competitions, valuation challenges, and on-campus company interactions that draw on your newly acquired knowledge.
CAP in Financial Services
Financial services is a broad sector and as a participant in this CAP you’ll have the opportunity to identify your best industry fit by learning new skills and networking with professionals from different subsectors.
Through a series of masterclasses and technical training, you will prepare for a career in investment banking, private equity & venture capital, private wealth management, or impact investment. You will also connect with alumni working in the financial industry and take part in an interview simulation.
CAP in Consulting
Participants in the CAP in Consulting have a unique opportunity to boost their employability with a mix of powerful theoretical and practical sessions, which range from lectures from senior consultants to specific case-cracking and skills training.
You’ll learn what you need to know as a post-MBA level consultant, how to progress your career, and how to work best across different regions.
CAP in Technology
The CAP in Technology comprises a weekly series of talks from professionals plus practical sessions for a group of around 30 MBA students. These talks address the technologies that are rapidly changing the world we live in and that are enabling companies to grow in non-traditional ways. As a participant, you will meet professionals working for companies in diverse sectors who have a focus on new technologies, their impact, and their ability to disrupt and to create new opportunities.
CAP in Healthcare
The Career Acceleration Program in Healthcare gives you the knowledge you need to reach your professional goals in the sector. Through panels with experts, networking sessions, company visits, and case studies, you’ll cover topics including trends and challenges for the future, the impact of digitization, careers for MBA graduates, global corporate M&A activity, how to encourage pharmaceutical innovation, examples of successful best practice, the internationalization of the healthcare sector, and more.
Internships
Thinking About Changing Career Paths or Learning About New Possibilities
Internships could be the key. If you pursue the 15 or 18-month MBA program, you'll have access to worldwide internships to put your knowledge into practice and gain experience in the field.
It's the perfect opportunity to show potential employers what you can do — which is why many businesses end up offering Esade MBA interns permanent posts after graduation. It’s also a chance to see if the reality of your chosen career matches up to your expectations.

Most students (80%) stay in Europe, but you have a world of opportunities open to you in Asia, Latin America, Central, and Eastern Europe, Africa, and North America.
