We are more than happy to invite you to this masterclass offered by Esade Alumni Riyadh Chapter: Strategic planning under uncertainty and volatility by Esade professor Joaquín Cava, Lecturer at the Strategy and General Management Department.

Strategic planning is not an easy task even in stable industries. But, what happens when the environment in which a company operates becomes more uncertain and volatile? What are the implications in the strategic planning process? What are its managerial implications?

We will dedicate this session to reflect on these questions and how to address the challenge of answering them.
