Learning Experience
These intensive learning experiences are made possible by Esade’s exceptional faculty. Our professors bring professional expertise and rigorous research to the classroom, fostering the positive exchange of ideas and turning participants into a true learning community.
We work hard to ensure that our executive programs combine a variety of learning methodologies. We place special emphasis on experiential methodologies (case studies, action learning projects, simulators, role playing, etc.), as well as leadership development and executive coaching programs and knowledge updates. All of this is further supplemented with visits to benchmark institutions, on-campus experiences, and transformative experiences (CERN, Singularity University, etc.). Our approach addresses growth through three aspects of learning: emotional, intellectual and experiential.
