Group coaching
The program combines experiential methodologies, such as CAO, where the classroom is transformed into an active organization that teaches us about organizational dynamics, as well as simulators that enable us to make decisions in real time and learn from our successes and mistakes.
Role-play helps us experience how to manage and learn from certain decisions.
Group coaching allows us to internalize the learning acquired, as well as share the difficulties we encounter when applying what we have learned in the program.
