Seminars
CORE
Entrepreneurship
Good ideas always arise from the search for a solution, a different way of doing something or an adaptation to change. Understanding this mindset means understanding the basis for entrepreneurship. You will discover that innovating means looking beyond, advancing, changing or simply evolving from the initial ‘Why not?’ You will also learn business communication strategies.
Marketing: Capturing value
Why does an idea work? What are the keys or factors for success? What helps it spread? In this seminar, you will learn about the current context, as well as strategies for jumpstarting new businesses. You will discover what makes a new brand interesting, appealing and desired. And how to consolidate it, grow it and go global.
Finance: Adding value
An idea has to be feasible to become reality. That is why the economic-financial area of a new business is so important: how much does it cost to carry it out; how much does it cost to keep it running; what financial resources do you need; and how much do you need to earn to stay alive and grow. This seminar will provide you with basic information and knowledge for deciding whether to launch or reject a project. You will also learn to take the full range of economic and financial aspects of a business into account, to ensure proper management of the company.
Leadership communication
There is an inseparable link between leadership and communication, and leadership cannot happen without the right communication. Opportunities abound for leaders to use this competence: to influence urgency, energy, inspiration. To clarify mission, direction and purpose. To advocate cultural continuity, or change. To ignite competitive and innovative spirit and to promote collaborative partnership. During the programme you will develop collaborative leadership solutions for win-win outcomes and you will improve your communication and conflict resolution skills with self-knowledge.
