Biografia

Marc Esteve s¿ha incorporat a ESADE Business School l¿any 2016 com a professor visitant. És professor titular de Gestió Pública Internacional a la School of Public Policy del University College London UCL i director del MPA in Public Administration and Management del UCL. Es va doctorar en Ciències de la Gestió per ESADE Business School-URL el 2012. Abans d'incorporar-se a la UCL, fou visiting research fellow de la Cardiff Business School 2011 i investigador postdoctoral de l'Institut de Governança i Direcció Pública d¿ESADE. Els seus principals interessos investigadors se centren a entendre de quina manera les característiques individuals influeixen en la presa de decisions, concretament en les col¿laboracions entre organitzacions. Actualment, està estudiant amb profunditat els mecanismes i els efectes de la personalitat en el context de la col¿laboració; la seva recerca actual comporta un estudi que explora el rol de les variables de la personalitat en la presa de decisions estratègiques utilitzant dissenys experimentals. La seva recerca ha estat publicada en revistes especialitzades com el Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, la Public Administration Review, Public Administration, l¿International Public Management Journal, i en diverses actes de congressos i nombrosos capítols de llibre.És editor de Local Government Studies.
