Biografia
La Dra. Lisa Hehenberger és professora del Departament de Direcció General i Estratègia
d'ESADE. És una experta reconeguda en filantropia empresarial i inversió d'impacte
social. És membre del Grup d'Experts en Empresa Social GECES de la Comissió Europea
i del Grup d'Experts en Inversió d'Impacte Social de l'OCDE. Ha estat membre del Consell
Assessor Nacional Francès i del Grup de Treball en Mesurament de l'Impacte de la Social
Impact Investment Task Force establerta pel G8. Fins fa poc, ha estat directora de
Recerca i Política de l'Associació Europea de Filantropia Empresarial EVPA. L'EVPA
és l'associació de membres paneuropeus de filantropia empresarial i d'inversió d'impacte
social. Hehenberger va crear i va dirigir el Centre de Coneixement de l'EVPA, que
duu a terme i publica recerques, i recopila i difon dades i coneixement. També ha
coordinat les iniciatives polítiques de l'EVPA, facilitant la transferència dual de
coneixements entre els dissenyadors de les polítiques i els professionals.La recerca
de la Dra. Hehenberger se centra a aplicar la teoria de l'organització a l'estudi
de l'evolució de la filantropia empresarial i la inversió d'impacte social. Ha publicat
en journals acadèmics de prestigi, com l'Academy of Management Journal, i en revistes
destinades als professionals, com la Stanford Social Innovation Review, com també
en nombroses publicacions per al Centre de Coneixement de l'EVPA. És membre del Comitè
Científic del Lab d'Inversió d'Impacte de la SDA Bocconi School of Management, i ha
estat assessora dels projectes de recerca SEFORIS Social Entrepreneurship for Innovative
and Inclusive Societies i ITSSOIN Impact of the Third Sector as Social Innovation,
finançats per la UE. Ha assessorat organitzacions com la WWF i Meridia Capital Partners
en la creació dels seus fons d'inversió d'impacte.La Dra. Hehenberger és Doctora en
Management per la IESE Business School i Màster en Ciències Econòmiques i Empresarials
per la Stockholm School of Economics i per l'HEC CEMS. Prèviament, va treballar a
la banca d'inversió a UBS i GB Investment Banking a Londres, Madrid i Barcelona.
