Biografia
Ignasi és professor del Departament de Societat, Política i Sostenibilitat, Director de l'Institut d'Innovació Social, de l'Observatori d'Habitatge Digne i del Phd in Management a Esade Business School - Universitat Ramon Llull.
L'Ignasi és llicenciat en Filosofia i en Economia per la Universitat de Barcelona i va obtenir el seu PhD in Management a l'IESE Business School i l'Habilitation à la Directions des Recherches HDR a la Université Paris-Dauphine.
Abans d'arribar a ESADE va ser professor i cap del Departament d'Estratègia i Organització a l'escola de negocis emlyon França, on també va dirigir el Centre de Recerca OCE. I va ser investigador visitant a la Saïd Business School de la Universitat d'Oxford. Es també professor visitant a l’IAE Business School - Universidad Austral Argentina.
El seu treball acadèmic ha estat publicat en revistes internacionals com l'Academy of Management Journal, Organization Studies, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Business Venturing, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Business Ethics i el Journal of Management Inquiry.
