Biografía
Marc Esteve se ha incorporado a ESADE Business School en 2016 como profesor visitante. Es profesor titular de Gestión Pública Internacional en la School of Public Policy del University College London UCL y director del MPA in Public Administration and Management del UCL. Se doctoró en Ciencias de la Gestión por ESADE Business School-URL en 2012. Antes de incorporarse a la UCL, fue visiting research fellow de la Cardiff Business School 2011 e investigador postdoctoral del Instituto de Gobernanza y Dirección Pública de ESADE. Los principales intereses investigadores del Dr. Esteve se han centrado en entender de qué modo las características individuales influyen en la toma de decisiones, concretamente en las colaboraciones entre organizaciones. En la actualidad, está estudiando en profundidad los mecanismos y los efectos de la personalidad en el contexto de la colaboración; su investigación actual implica un estudio que explora el rol de las variables de la personalidad en las tomas de decisiones estratégicas utilizando diseños experimentales. Su investigación ha sido publicada en revistas especializadas como el Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, la Public Administration Review, Public Administration, el International Public Management Journal y en varias actas de congresos y numerosos capítulos de libro.Es editor de Local Government Studies. |
