Biografía
Jordi Trullen es profesor titular del Departamento de Dirección de Personas y Organización de ESADE Business School, donde imparte asignaturas de comportamiento en la organización y dirección de recursos humanos.
Antes de incorporarse a ESADE, Jordi realizó un Doctorado en Estudios de la Organización PhD in Organization Studies en el Boston College. Su investigación actual se centra en la implantación efectiva de nuevas prácticas de recursos humanos dentro de las organizaciones y el rol que los diferentes actores directivos de línea, trabajadores, departamentos de recursos humanos y directores generales pueden ejercer en este proceso. Sus intereses de investigación también incluyen el estudio comparativo de sistemas de gestión de RRHH en diferentes países.
Su itrabajo ha sido publicado en varios journals, como Human Resource Management Journal, International Journal of Management Reviews, Journal of Business Research, o the International Journal of Human Resource Management.
