Biografía
Esteve es un apasionado de la intersección entre innovación y tecnología y cómo las Tecnologías de la Información están cambiando la forma en la que innovamos, del inventor solitario a los ecosistemas, de tener que poseer y adquirir las innovaciones a beneficiarnos de ellas alineando los incentivos y motivaciones de terceros como hacen Apple y Google con las appstores. Así pues es muy activo en temas como Smart Cities, Ecosistemas de Innovación, Innovación en el sector público o User Innovation particularmente Living Labs.
Esteve ha coordinado varios proyectos Europeos y ha participado como investigador principal en más de una decena de ellos. Es frecuente encontrarle ocupado organizando workshops, competiciones de Open Data o conferencias en estas áreas.
Esteve es un reconocido conferenciante en campos como Open Innovation en el Sector Público, Smart Cities o Living Labs en Europa, Asia y América. Es un consultor del World Bank, consejero de la ENoLL European Network of Living Labs y miembro del OIPSG Open Innovation Policy and Strategy Group de la Comisión Europea. Ha trabajado como experto en estas áreas en organizaciones, corporaciones locales y entes regionales y la Comisión Europea. Esteve tiene más de 30 publicaciones en journals y conferencias, incluyendo publicaciones de alto impacto y reconocidas revistas como HBR Harvard Business Review y ha dirigido varias tesis de Master y Doctorado.
