Biografía
Annachiara Longoni es doctora en Management, Ciencias Económicas e Ingeniería Industrial, Master of Science y licenciada en Ingeniería de Gestión por el Politecnico di Milano.
Anteriormente, durante un tiempo, fue visiting scholar en la Schulich School of Business de la York University Canadá.
Estudia el rol de la sostenibilidad en la innovación en productos y procesos dentro de las operaciones y las cadenas de suministro. Su investigación estudia nuevos paradigmas de fabricación y para la cadena de suministro relacionados con la gestión de la sostenibilidad, que aparecen en entornos locales y globales. En su tesis doctoral, investigó el rol de las prácticas organizacionales en las estrategias de operaciones sostenibles con el fin de optimizar la triple línea de resultados triple bottom line. Su investigación se ha publicado en journals académicos internacionales y se ha presentado en varios congresos internacionales.
Colabora con varias universidades, centros de investigación y empresas. Forma parte de redes de investigación internacionales, como la International Manufacturing Strategies Survey IMSS, en la que participan más de veinte países, y la red internacional sobre desarrollo sostenible liderada por el Center of Organization Effectiveness de la University of Southern California, en la que participan varias universidades y empresas estadounidenses y europeas.
Es miembro del comité organizador del Foro EurOMA sobre Operaciones y Cadenas de Suministro Sostenibles.En septiembre de 2013, Annachiara Longoni se ha incorporado a ESADE como profesora ayudante del Departamento de Dirección de Operaciones e Innovación.
