United in diversity? National responses to the European energy crisis

Amidst the energy crisis exacerbated by the Russian invasion of Ukraine, we publish this joint paper with think tanks from all over Europe (AMO, Bruegel, ECCO, and the Jacques Delors Institute) to summarise and assess the economic policy approaches each country has taken.
