How to escalate the green shift with EU funds

The main challenge facing EU funds is how to strike a balance between reactivating employment and the economy in the short term, in the wake of the coronavirus crisis, and selecting investments that are worthwhile, able to advance decarbonisation and have a long-term impact on Spain’s economy.
