Leadership Development Research Centre
The Leadership Development Research Center (GLEAD)’s mission is to help people, teams and organizations inspire better, more caring and fulfilling lives that foster personal and social development and enhance the sustainability of human organizations.
Our mission and research agenda are centred on a belief that leadership is most effective when leaders:
- Learn how to manage themselves effectively. Increasing self-awareness, manage own emotions and keeping stress under control and building a sense of authenticity and passion is the corner stone that revolves around building a sense of authenticity and passion in the workplace and being able to inspire others along the way.
- Build positive relationships and trust around them.
- Manage diversity and promote inclusive workplaces that help their employees reach their full potential.
- Identify and adapt to the new requirements their social realities bring along.
